Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Ember Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
