Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Maple Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Anchorage and nearby communities, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
