Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Iron Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
