Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
