Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
