Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
