Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
