Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
