Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Willow Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
