Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tulsa working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
