Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Linden Farms is an agricultural business based around Tulsa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
