Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
