Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Field Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
