Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Rowan Foods Group is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
