Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Mill Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 772 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
