Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Beacon Press Group produces print and digital publications in Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
