Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
