Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
