Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Summit Meridian Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
