Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Sparrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
