Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
