Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Seattle with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
