Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
