Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
