Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Bright Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
