Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Basin Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
