Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Nova Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
