Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Nova Amber Financial serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
