Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Junction Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
