Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
