Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
