Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Linden Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
