Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
