Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
