Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
