Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Bright Lakeside Foods produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
