Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
