Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Rochester across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
