Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
