Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Bright Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
