Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Associates is a Rochester logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
