Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Yarrow Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
