Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Financial Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
