Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
