Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Silverline Granite Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Reno. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Reno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
