Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Bright Forge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Reno presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
