Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Ashton Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
