Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing is a Richmond staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
