Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
