Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
